The hotel is in a prime location just off Portland street, making it perfectly situated in the centre of the city. The modern reception area adds a touch of style to the overall ambiance. being on the edge of Chinatown provides easy access to a diverse range of dining options. The rooms are well-equipped with fantastic facilities, including a luxurious bathroom with fancy toiletries. The staff offer friendly and attentive service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a good-quality grab & go breakfast and take advantage of the hotel's special offers, such as discounted parking at Q Park Piazza.

There were a few minor issues, like broken electronic blinds and a mattress that needed replacing.

Central location, amazing rooms, great use of space, clean and comfortable, excellent kitchen facilities, homely atmosphere.

This is an attractive and clean property with very good location and staff.

The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was tasty and everything was excellent. My beautifully designed room had a huge bathroom and an extremely comfy bed. I liked natural lighting.

The apartment was spacious and surprisingly quiet, despite being located on a busy main road. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the main places of interest in this city. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The bathroom was everything was super clean and had both a bath and two showers. I would highly recommend these apartments for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Spacious room, great location near Chinatown. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Emanuel, the staff member, was friendly and cute. The facilities were excellent, and I especially loved having my own kitchen. The pastries and coffee in the mornings were a nice treat to take away.

Check in was quick, I appreciated brilliant location and absolutely perfect rooms. Besides, I parked nearby.

Convenient size, comfortable and quiet room equipped with a fully functional kitchen and three TVs. Great location near three major train stations and Canal Street with plenty of dining options nearby. Friendly and welcoming staff with complimentary breakfast offered from 6-11am including coffee, tea, pastries, and fruit. An enjoyable stay with excellent value for money, especially recommended for younger travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room exceeded my expectations, with excellent facilities such as a spacious kitchenette, a good-sized fridge, and even a dishwasher! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The bathroom was also impressive, with a large shower and two sinks. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect for exploring and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the efforts they made to ensure cleanliness during these times. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
